Are there ID requirements to enter the event?

You must bring photo ID with you to the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We recommend you take a taxi or public transit. There is no parking at the venue. See directions below.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, all visitors' names must appear on our guest list.

What is the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema?

The Barry R. Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema is the only film school in America to be built on a working film lot. Feirstein is housed at Steiner Studios in Brooklyn, the largest soundstage complex on the East Coast and home to many movies and TV productions. As the first public film school in New York, Feirstein is dedicated to diversity, inclusion and the cultivation of new and emerging voices in cinema.

The entrance is just off of the intersection of Washington and Flushing Avenues.


Travel Directions to Feirstein at Steiner Studios via public transportation:

• -Subway: take the G train to Clinton-Washington, then a 12-15-minute walk to Flushing Avenue, OR take the A, C, F, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, to Borough Hall, then catch the B57 or B62 bus on Jay Street (btw, Fulton and Willoughby) to the Washington Avenue bus stop

• -Bus: take the B57 (Flushing Ave.), B54 (Myrtle Ave.), or B62 (Park Ave.) to the Washington Avenue bus stop, or take the B69 (Vanderbilt Ave.) or B44 (Bedford Ave.) to Flushing Avenue and then a 5-10 min. walk to Washington Avenue
